Staying at Cadborough Farm in Rye with access to 1066 Walks
The holiday cottages at Cadborough stand in the grounds of the farm which have wonderful views towards the
Medieval town of Rye, the sea, Camber Castle and Winchelsea from the land surrounding the cottages. There is direct access across the farm land to one of the many 1066 walks in and around the area. The farm track to the 1066 walks from the cottages can be accessed from the main driveway through the gate shown in the photo below.
Rye has enjoyed a very colourful and historical past
full of smugglers, literary figures, artists and nobility, and is approximately 15 minutes walk either on the 1066 bridle path from the Farm or on the pavement from the Farm entrance.
